If you have scheduled an on-site scrap pickup appointment with our team (+966 54 181 8766), you can cancel or reschedule your request at any time prior to our team's departure or arrival at your location without any cancellation fees.

2. Scrap Pricing & Finality of Sale

• On-Site Valuation: Prices for copper, aluminum, iron, vehicles, and industrial machinery are evaluated based on current market rates and material quality during inspection.
• Final Sale: Once the scrap materials (copper cables, aluminum sheets, batteries, etc.) are weighed, loaded, and paid for on the spot, the transaction is considered final, and materials cannot be returned or reclaimed by the seller.

3. Dispute Resolution
